OLD Open2Dprot Download Method (DEPRECATED)

This Web page links to the old deprecated download procedure which does not have the latest versions of the software. It uses downloadable installers that allows you to also download a Java runtime environment simultaneously. However, it was difficult to maintain, uses the Windows registry (if you are using Windows) and requires a large file area on the Web server.

The new method for installing Open2Dprot uses the SourceForge Files Mirror download area. This may require you to also download a Java runtime environment from Sun if you don't have one already installed. It gives us more flexibility in maintaining this Web site.
